It was formally announced that CERA will be selling a portion of the Bryant Irvin facility. While this was a difficult decision for the CERA Board Of Directors, the association fully intends to continue its longstanding commitment to its members. CERA will be retaining the fitness center, two softball fields, sand volleyball courts, many of the existing hobby activities along with Squaw Creek Golf Course. The recreation facility is fully committed to providing a well balanced variety of recreational, fitness, and hobby activities for Lockheed Martin employees, their families and retirees for many years to come. The sale of a portion of the Bryant Irvin property will enable the recreation association to make long overdue facility improvements to better serve our members in the future.
