LMRA - Picnic Areas

General Picnic Area

Picnic operating hours are from Monday through Sunday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Cost: Members with LMRA ID - No Charge, Guests: $4 per person (no charge 6 years and under). The guest fee may be paid at the picnic gate or guest passes may be bought and distributed prior to the picnic.
Picnic Area reservations must be made in person at LMRA Clubhouse , Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Reservations for weekend dates must be made by Wednesday, 6 p.m. (2 day notice for weekday reservations). For groups 25 to 100 there is a $15 reservation fee. This fee is payable when reservation is made.
For any group of 100 or more, a $100 deposit plus advance purchase of 100 of the guest passes is required at the time the reservation is made. This deposit is refunded, by check, after the picnic unless excessive clean-up is required or property damage occurs. The deposit is non-refundable for cancellation or no-show. None of the advanced purchased guest passes are refundable.
