Facilities
Facilities at LMRA are among the best you will find in a corporate recreation association. They include a clubhouse building which houses meeting rooms, ballroom, banquet hall, rock shop, photo darkroom/studio, model railroad layout, and stained glass shop. The Sports and Fitness Center includes facilities for basketball, volleyball, racquetball, and karate - not to mention extensive fitness areas.
Outdoor facilities include two softball fields, one baseball field, driving range, four lighted tennis courts, two soccer fields, two sand volleyball courts, a large picnic area, kiddie rides, miniature golf course and children's playground. An Olympic size swimming pool (50 meters) with a 17 foot diving well is available in the Summer months.
The LMRA Clubhouse has rooms for any special event you might be planning. The Ballrooms, with a capacity of up to 400 people, are ideal for wedding receptions, retirement parties, large meetings, banquets, or other special events. The Trinity Ballroom rates are $1150 members and $1250 non members. The Brazos Ballroom rates are $1100 members and $1150 non members. The rental rates are due at the time the reservation is made and a $500 security deposit is due 30 days prior to the event. Rental times are now 5 hours.

Three lighted softball fields are available for rental. Rental Fee: $20/Hour, Lights for additional $15/hour. Tournament Fee: $175 for 1 Field, $300 for 2 Fields, or $450 for 3 Fields
