AWESOME ABS                  15 minutes of concentrated abdominal & back strength training.

 

CARDIO KICKBOXING   Cardio workout based on martial arts & incorporating bag work.  Some gloves are provided but it is recommended that you purchase your own.

 

GETUP-WAKE UP             Greet your day with a variety of cardiovascular activities. Anything goes in this class: step, kickboxing, hi-low, boot camp, sports conditioning & much more.  

 

High Intensity Cardio           A combination of Step, Kickboxing & Hi-Lo cardio interspersed with basic high intensity drills.

 

INDOOR CYCLING           Hills, sprints & a lot more of indoor cycling.  Classes meet upstairs in Room #1.  Reserve bike @ noon the day prior.

 

KEEP IN BALANCE          Help improve your functional fitness level, balance & increase your strength.

 

LINE DANCING                 No partner is needed as you learn different line dances such as the Electric Slide.

 

MOVIN-& GROOVIN         A low impact cardio class.  Non-members & guests age 55 & greater:  $20/ 8-week session.  Under 55:  $45/8week session.  (Guests pay an additional $40 annual fee).  Free to members.

 

POWER STEP                      45 minute cardio class using a Reebok Step.  Prior experience in step aerobics is recommended.  Intermediate to Advanced choreography.

 

PILATES                               Strengthen & stretch through mindful & functional exercise using elastic tubing, mats, & Resist-a-balls.

 

 STEP                                     Advanced Beginner to Intermediate choreography on the step.

 

STRENGTH & COND.       Increase your strength & balance using stability balls, medicine balls, hand weights & Xertubes.

 

STEP & STRENGTH          Beginning to Intermediate step choreography alternating with strength work.  Cardio & strength benefits for the

                                                time of one!

 

YOGA                                    Classic yoga poses & modifications to develop relaxation, flexibility, balance & endurance.   Mats, blocks, straps & blankets provided. Classes meet upstairs in Room #2.  Fitness member no charge, $15 LMRA, $25 guest.   Plus guests pay a $40 annual fee.
